What can we expect from your photography?

I started what seems like a lifetime ago now, but the old method of shooting in film, developing, and printing by hand in the darkroom. This has a strong influence on all of my work within the digital medium today. We shoot a combination of photojournalism and posed portraiture, and try to maintain a good balance between the two. We record the moments of the day as honestly and beautifully as we can. What that translates to is photography that puts your style on at the forefront, and not our own. We feel experienced, but we also know that each wedding is special in it’s own way, and anything can happen! We love the creativity and individuality of this, and we put it into our photographs. On your wedding day we become part photographer, part bridesmaid, and part day-of coordinator. One of our favorite compliments however, is when the guests tell us that they didn’t even notice we were there. In our experience we have learned how to get the shots you need without putting ourselves in the spotlight. the your attention when it’s important, and be invisible the rest of the time.

So what’s first?

Let’s find out if your date is available. Tell us about yourselves and what you are looking for. We’d love to get together and talk. If you’re far away, we will set up something by phone, over Skype or via Facetime. If we are available for your wedding day and you decide that we are the photographers for you, we will help guide you through the process choosing a photography package that fits your wedding day needs.

How do we book our wedding date?

Reserving a date is on a first-come, once you have had your consultation, chosen a photography collection, your choice of photographer based on their availability, you will recive an email containing your wedding proposal. The remaining balance of your package will be due 30 days prior to your wedding date or on occasion the day of the wedding.

What kind of input do you have for our wedding?

A lot of our input has to do with game plan, time allotment and lighting considerations. Oh, and we always have an opinion on where to put the cake or to take the ring shot.

Simply put, sometimes you’ll need us to be in two places at once. We pride ourselves on our ability to capture real moments and tell the unique story of your wedding day. For most weddings this requires a team.

Do you travel?

Absolutely! Destination weddings are what we love to do the most. However, events outside of the 50 mile from the Fort Lauderdale area generally require travel and accommodation fees.
